Ndudu in Ewe dialect from Ghana means food and this lovely creative has put Ghanaian food on the global map so much that, she has been featured on ITV Good Morning, BBC London and ABN TV to share her culinary and creative food skills with the world.
Her YouTube Channel just hit over 30,000 subscribers!
Proudly Ghanaian, Fafa wanted to cook meals that reminded her of Ghana, something she could share with her British husband, so she gave it a European twist and voila Ndudu by Fafa was born.
I discovered her years ago, when she offered dining experiences at her home and have followed her online ever since.
She plates and styles her meals to perfection and sometimes stock serveware that are all from Ghana for those of us who miss home and love to carry our culture with us wherever we are.
Go to her various social media platforms all @ndudubyfafa if you want to know how she does it and just to cause you to have a massive drool-fest .
One lovely tip for those of us who miss our free range chicken and their authentic flavour for grills, soups and stews, please buy organic chicken, it is the same thing. Listen to this episode and find out more.
