It is a Thursday afternoon, to be specific 30/07/2015 and I am 2 hours into my social media detox.

It aint all bad, though I keep reaching for my phone and swiping the screen down. Reflex, I guess. I have uninstalled Snapchat (what?), Instagram (gasps), Twitter (collapses) and tried to lock away Facebook and YouTube but I believe those rich dudes paid too much cash so they are a part of my android’s OS. Bummer.

I am just overwhelmed and constipated and exhausted from people smiling to people getting killed to the YOLOs to the be careful out ‘theres ‘ and travel the world and the stay puts because some just died that you knew or someone else knew them and on and on and on and fucking on!

I need a good cry, less fried chicken and no more Ben & Jerry’s Utter Peanut Butter Clutter Cookie Core ice cream. My muffin top thanks you

I just have to stop and just be for a while. In the meantime, I will perfect my dance routine from Ciara’s new single; dance like we’re making love. Someone got a hammock?

Until later,

It's slightly difficult but I've been busy, allows me to create. I guess I have been using viewing other people's lives not to work on mine.

I can't agree with you more, honestly I've deleted social media app so much now its a joke. Now I just limit the time I spend on there. I hate it okay maybe hate is a strong word but I used it wayyyyy too much. I think you've just given me more reason to continue and focus more on myself. What did you want to accomplish from this? Mine before you ask is to live offline and write on my blog when I want to thats my goal.

I just want to focus on creating and finishing up doing up my house and read the million books I have purchased…just pause and look around me basically
