Last night, a pretty cool crowd, myself included 🙂 attended the launch of the uber sophisticated Afronoire Magazine. With all guests, dashing and very stylish in black, we had come to celebrate the launch of a new black women’s lifestyle magazine. The editor, Miss Deborah Mariee who graciously hosted us (I got a lovely hug when I walked in) in the swanky Glow Hair Salon in Bermondsey, talked about looking for an intellectually stimulating lifestyle magazine for black women in the UK and not finding one on the shelves of most bookshops and like a brilliant entrepreneur decided to create one.

The wine and cupcakes served were delicious. We networked, took a few photos and danced. I am still trying to bid for a limited print of the magazine!
The goodie bags were for adults only 😉 (shhh, photos on my Instagram @mrsfosu)
Lots of love,
